Some states do not allow limitations on length of an implied warranty. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state. Our policy enables Infinite Autowerks to receive defective components so our Research and Development team can research problems as they arise in order to eliminate them in the future. Infinite Autowerks takes steps to improve the performance and endurance of its product, which can only be done at our facility. When the unit is received by Infinite Autowerks it is completely serviced, including replacing any necessary components. All parts are checked to insure no other part has been affected which could create other avoidable future problems.

Many Infinite Autowerks products are custom built to order, and are non-refundable. This means if the product was custom ordered (ie. items from other manufacturers such as Dinan, KW Suspension, Genuine OEM parts, etc.), custom modified or contains any custom upgrades, it will not be exchangeable or returnable. Gift cards and downloadable products/software (ie. tuning software)  are also not returnable. With proof of purchase, normally stocked new and unused Infinite Autowerks products in the original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The product must be in new, unused condition (ie. no test fitment or installation otherwise) with original packaging and all wiring harness or accessories. The return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no original shipping will be refunded. You must ship unit back to us at your cost. We recommend insuring the returned item in case of loss or damage. Infinite Autowerks is not responsible for the item if it gets lost or damaged in shipping to us. Once received, Infinite Autowerks will inspect the product to ensure it was returned in new, unused condition. Within 7 business days, Infinite Autowerks will refund the original payment method for the full amount minus the 20% restocking fee if all return conditions are met. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refunded. Please allow 4-10 business days after we process the refund for the funds to settle in your account. If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, the customer will incur a 5% service charge for the total amount of the order for normally stocked, non-special order items.

Please email [email protected] to initiate a return. When shipping back returned items, please include name, contact info, and order # on a piece of paper in the return box so we can process the return.

In the event that your Infinite Autowerks product needs to get shipped in for service, you will need to obtain an RMA number. To obtain this number, please email [email protected]. Please include complete year, make, model and engine size of the vehicle along with the original invoice number or product serial number in the email. Please be sure to also state the nature of the problem in detail so we can expedite your service. You will be given an RMA number and shipping address upon RMA approval. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. If product serviced was not covered under warranty then an estimate for the repairs will be given & payment must be made in advance before repair work begins. All unclaimed product, or product on unpaid service orders will become property of Infinite Autowerks after 90 days.

1. Write the original order number on the outside of the package being returned. Product will not be accepted without an order number on and in the box in addition to customer contact information.
2. Secure the product in its original packaging, which includes both the box and the foam insulating material.
3. Include the original invoice you received with your initial purchase or a statement containing the following information with the product to be returned: Customer name, address and phone number, order number and a description of the problem or reason for return, or other proof of purchase.
4. You are responsible for all shipping arrangements and charges. Infinite Autowerks suggests you insure the package being returned. You may use Fedex, UPS, USPS, or any other carrier to send to the below address:

• All return shipping charges for Infinite Autowerks products that have been serviced under our limited warranty will be paid by Infinite Autowerks, and we will insure the package on its return.

All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. Infinite Autowerks holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products.

Please note that your warranty period starts on the date printed on your invoice. By purchasing this product you agree to the terms and conditions stated below and in the Infinite Autowerks limited warranty. This warranty is valid only within the territory of the United States of America. To be covered by this warranty the Infinite Autowerks product concerned must have been originally purchased, and the person seeking warranty service must reside in one of fifty states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. The responsibility of Infinite Autowerks under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective Infinite Autowerks products by sole discretion of Infinite Autowerks. In no event shall Infinite Autowerks be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. In states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty is valid only with respect to repairs affected by Infinite Autowerks. Coding Services

If we code modules and something doesn’t work due to hardware/install issues, full coding rate still applies. No refunds on any coding/advice services. All sales final. Coding service rate is subject to change at any time from the initial estimate. We will discuss any additional coding costs before carrying out work. Deposit for XDOS system will be returned upon acceptable working return of complete XDOS system. Acceptable return condition is at the sole discretion of Infinite Autowerks. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of deposit if system is lost, damaged, stolen, or not in acceptable return condition as decided by Infinite Autowerks. Shipping cost includes to customer and return. Return label is included with package. Lock codes for case will be distributed over the telephone once customer receives package.

Customer must have battery charger of at least 7A on car battery while performing ECU and other module coding/updates. If you do not have a battery charger on the vehicle and power is lost during coding/programming due to dead or low battery, ECU could be bricked and a new one will be needed. We are not responsible for loss/damage if you proceed with coding without a battery charger charging the vehicle.
