BMW G2X G4X G8X 330i M340i 230i M240i M2 M3 M4 Center Console Ambient Lighting Suite

Complete the ambient lighting system in your G2x, G4x, orG8x series vehicle.  Adding our ambient lighting suite to your center console is a seamless addition. For unknown reasons, BMW did not add ANY ambient lighting to the center console on Pre-LCI cars and only a small RGB LED in the storage compartment on LCI or 2 Series cars. This plug and play solution plugs into your footwell lighting harness with typically no required programming** see below note on OEM LED upgrade. Simply plug into the existing factory wiring harness and your ambient interior lighting is complete!

**PLEASE READ (All Applications) ** With the OEM LED included in the ambient light suites, you get the benefit of BMW genuine LED drivers to perfectly match the existing ambient light color and brightness. When adding ambient lights to modern vehicles, sometimes readdressing of the LED is necessary. This process can be done at a BMW dealer, or can be done at home using ISTA+ software. This software process is needed otherwise LED drivers may not turn on. After installation, if the LED are not working, they are not broken, they just need to be activated in software! OBD2 ENET Cable Required for activation. ** Please reach out with any questions. LED require activation by BMW dealer or remote activation by IAW (ENET & Windows PC required). Remote coding is $50 for LED activation.

Only for Left-Hand Drive vehicles with automatic transmission.

DOES NOT WORK WITH Manual transmission or right-hand drive vehicles.
