Low Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade for Mercedes Benz C300 & C400/450 W205 W222 MY2015-2016

This is a complete plug and play Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new, more powerful, and E85 certified pump.  This new HIC high flow brush-less pump provides approximately 50% more flow than stock. In all options except the DIY assembly, this upgrade also comes with a new OEM fuel sending unit, new OEM fuel filter, new OEM fuel pressure sensor, and new OEM fuel pressure regulator preinstalled in the assembly. This assembly can be purchased one of four ways to meet your needs.

• DIY:
  • This option sends you all the components needed to upgrade your stock LPFP. To install, you will need basic hand tools, fuel tank lock ring removal tool, oetiker clamp crimp tool/pliers, heat gun to attach/form fuel lines. We do not accept returns if an installation attempt was made. All parts must be new and unused for returns. We do not offer warranty for this option.
• Rebuild:
  • This option requires you to send in your stock LPFP assembly to our facility to be rebuilt/upgraded. There is no core deposit or charge in this price. If you choose this option, your order will ship within 5 business days of receiving your stock LPFP assembly.
• Trade-In:
  • This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded LPFP to swap out your stock LPFP assembly for zero down time.  A $300 core deposit is included in the price that will be refunded when we receive your stock LPFP assembly back. Please read core return details below.
• New Build:
  • This option includes a new LPFP assembly. No core deposit is required but you are eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your stock LPFP assembly.

• All options (except DIY) include the following:
  • A complete plug and play solution by replacing the OEM LPFP assembly.
  • A new OEM fuel filter, sending unit, pressure sensor, and pressure regulator
  • A custom Venturi suction jet system that is tuned to optimize the fuel flow within the tank and maintain stable pump output
  • Complete testing prior to shipping

- For rebuild and trade-in options, some assemblies may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt.  They are all tested and verified before being shipped.

Note on Core Return

-To be eligible for a core return, the LPFP assembly must be completely stock and undamaged. (The pump itself does not have to be functioning).

-The customer is responsible for all core return shipping charges. We recommend to insure the package for the value of the core in case of loss or damage.

-Core returns must be shipped by the following deadlines in order to receive the maximum refund on your core deposit.  If you have trouble meeting these deadlines, please contact us before the due date so that we can work with you. Thanks!
