High Pressure Fuel Rail Upgrade for Mercedes Benz C43 AMG C450 C400 M276 W205 GLC43 X253 E43 W213 MY2015+

This is a complete plug and play high pressure fuel rail upgrade that replaces both stock fuel rail assemblies with a new, larger, and full E85 certified rail. The stock high pressure fuel rail which connects to the high pressure pump is restrictive. This is fine for OEM and stage 1 power levels, but when upgrading the HPFP and running full e85, this fuel rail becomes a restrictive bottle neck. This new larger fuel rails will allow better flow for e50-e85 builds. This assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs.

• Rebuild:
  • This option requires you to send in both fuel rail assemblies to our facility to be upgraded. There is no core deposit or charge in this price. If you choose this option, your order will ship within 10 business days of receiving your stock fuel rail assemblies.
• Trade-In:
  • This option allows you to receive rebuilt/upgraded fuel rails to swap out your stock fuel rail assemblies for zero down time.  A $600 core deposit is included in the price that will be refunded when we receive your stock fuel rail assemblies back. Please read core return details below.
• New Build:
  • This option includes new fuel rail assemblies. No core deposit is required but you are eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your stock fuel rail assemblies.

• All options include the following:
  • A complete plug and play solution by replacing the OEM fuel rail assembly.
  • A new upgraded OEM driver and passenger side fuel rail.
  • Complete testing prior to shipping

  • C43 AMG (MY2017 - Present)
  • C400/450  (MY2015- 2016)

- For rebuild and trade-in options, some assemblies may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt.  They are all tested and verified before being shipped.

Note on Core Return

-To be eligible for a core return, the fuel rail assembly must be completely stock and undamaged.

-The customer is responsible for all core return shipping charges. We recommend to insure the package for the value of the core in case of loss or damage.

-Core returns must be shipped by the following deadlines in order to receive the maximum refund on your core deposit.  If you have trouble meeting these deadlines, please contact us before the due date so that we can work with you. Thanks!
