The IAW Front Air Inlet Mesh Protectors are shaped screens for the front bumper openings on the BMW G90 M5 sedan and G99 M5 Touring. Everything that gets past the front bumper on a G90 lands on a radiator or a cooler, and repairing a stone-damaged core costs many times what a set of screens does. These sit behind the openings, disappear from a few feet away, and stop the debris that causes the damage.

Installation

The screens are shaped to the factory inlet openings and locate behind them. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modification to the bumper is required, and they can be removed later if the vehicle is returned to stock.

Fitting is straightforward, though access is easier with the front bumper cover loosened. Most shops will fit a set quickly, and it is a natural job to combine with any other front-end work.
